This apartment was a dump. There were mildew stains, the second floor balcony was rotted through, none of the appliances worked properly…and the landlord was mia. Dream apartment except for the heating bill! Great old hardwood floors, bay windows, nice big kitchen. Landlords live downstairs and keep to themselves and are nice. The rent was $485, but came to $600+ in the winter with the oil heating, so budget for that.
