I had two apartments in this building. The apartments themselves were very large square footage with a nice open layout and laundry was insuite. Totally basic in every sense but the rents are fair as a result. The super was often an old lady with jekyl/hyde personality depending on who is around to see/hear her … insane! Found her telling many lies. Management office is rude and always show no respect for the tenants if you ever need them. It’s all about them. Building is scuffed up and tired for the age and not even garbage cans or chairs in the common areas for the tenants to help make it clean and comfortable. NOT a professional company or one that likes to spend even an extra dime on anything for the tenants or repairs. Parking is included and there are trails across the street. If you are facing the highway you will hear the steady scream of traffic and its not a pleasant noise and sometimes we could smell the fumes. Facing the main street is a million times better! Management company generously allows air conditioners in the windows so they help drown out the highway noise and fumes. Good soundproofing between apartments and the view of the lake from the units facing the front are beautiful!

  1. these apts are like 6 of 10 for style and amenites but 10 for size.. but further down parkland road you will find the ones owned by timber creek properties and they are much more friendly management
