Landlord is the worst. Super unprofessional, when we try to contact him with questions/concerns (i.e black mould in our apartment) almost 90% of the time he will never answer you back. Our fridge broke down and we messaged him as soon as it happened, he kept saying “oh yeah you’ll get your fridge in the next 3 days” for 3 weeks. Roommate lost his keys, gave Peter $50 for replacement and 2 months later he still doesn’t have his keys, but Peter has his money. And for the last few weeks there has been no hot water at night…… (perhaps he’s turning it off??) He does not care about you, he only cares about your money.
